Home Depot’s Nov. 5, 2026, online tool sale featured Milwaukee M12 and M18 deals, including an M18 combo kit with a free tool and an additional $30 off, according to ToolGuyd. The sale was scheduled to end at 3 a.m. ET on Nov. 6, or earlier if supplies ran out; current availability and final prices are not confirmed in the source.
Home Depot launched an online-only tool flash sale on Nov. 5 featuring Milwaukee M12 and M18 cordless tools, including an M18 combo-kit offer with a free tool and $30 in additional savings, according to ToolGuyd. The retailer’s deal window was scheduled to close at 3 a.m. ET on Nov. 6, with offers potentially ending sooner if supplies ran out.
ToolGuyd said Milwaukee was the main focus of Home Depot’s daily tool deals for Nov. 5, with offers spanning the company’s M12 and M18 cordless platforms. One highlighted promotion paired a Milwaukee M18 FUEL hammer-drill and impact-driver combo kit with a free item, mirroring a bundle offer associated with Home Depot’s Black Friday deals. ToolGuyd said the flash-sale version left buyers with an additional $30 off compared with that offer.
The free-item choices were limited, according to the report: an angle grinder, jigsaw, impact wrench, Hackzall one-handed reciprocating saw, or FORGE battery. ToolGuyd also listed a Milwaukee M18 FUEL compact band saw kit promotion that included a free impact wrench or angle grinder. The report did not provide the kit’s price or full terms in the supplied material, so shoppers would need to check Home Depot’s listing for those details.
Other deals mentioned included additional Milwaukee M12 tools and a Ridgid trim router and 1/4-sheet sander bundle for $90.15. ToolGuyd described the sale as online-only and said stock could run out before the stated deadline. Its article also disclosed that it might earn an affiliate commission from purchases made through its links.
How the $30 Bundle Saving Works
The extra $30 reduction could matter to shoppers already considering the M18 FUEL hammer-drill and impact-driver kit, particularly if one of the listed free tools or the battery suits their needs. The offer combines a tool bundle with a selectable free item, so its practical value depends on the buyer’s equipment needs and the price shown at checkout—not just the advertised saving.
For people comparing retailers, ToolGuyd said Acme Tools had the same compact band saw kit offer, but at a price $196 higher than Home Depot’s. That comparison is the report’s claim, not an independently verified price check here. Prices, stock and bundle conditions can change, so the gap should be confirmed against current listings before purchase.

A One-Day Sale Alongside Black Friday
The flash sale was reported as part of Home Depot’s daily tool deals for Nov. 5, 2026, rather than as a permanent price change. ToolGuyd connected the M18 combo-kit promotion to a separate Home Depot Black Friday offer that also included a free tool. In its account, the flash sale offered the same general bundle structure with another $30 off.
The report pointed readers to a separate ToolGuyd article about Home Depot’s Black Friday tool offers, but the supplied source does not establish the full range of those promotions or their terms. The relevant distinction is that the deal covered by this report had a short, stated window: it was scheduled to end at 3 a.m. Eastern on Nov. 6, subject to earlier sellouts. The source does not say whether Home Depot would extend or repeat any of the offers.

Prices, Stock and Offer Terms
The supplied report does not include the M18 combo kit’s price, the individual M12 deal prices, or full product and coupon terms. It also does not confirm whether each offer remained available throughout the sale window. Inventory could have sold out early, and the stated deadline has now passed based on the source’s schedule.
It is not clear from the material whether Home Depot extended any promotion, whether the offers were available in every market, or whether the listed free items required a particular checkout process. The comparison with Acme Tools is attributed to ToolGuyd; the source does not provide the retailers’ product-page details or document how the price comparison was calculated. Shoppers should check current retailer listings for any active prices and terms.
Check Current Listings Before Buying
The reported flash-sale period was set to end at 3 a.m. ET on Nov. 6, 2026, unless supplies ran out earlier. The source material does not report a later extension or confirm which products remained in stock after that time. Readers considering a purchase should consult Home Depot’s current product pages and verify the final cart price, free-item selection, availability and delivery or pickup terms.
Any further update would depend on Home Depot posting new prices or renewing a promotion. ToolGuyd’s report provides the sale’s stated terms and deadline, but not a confirmation of what happened after the offer window closed.
